Thom Darga

Thom has spent over 30 years in the Construction Industry, after earning his masters degree from Texas A&M in 1978. Early in his career, Thom joined a high-rise building team in Seattle, Washington and Los Angeles, California. Later, In California, Thom was among the construction teams who were pioneering large energy producing windmills.

A resident of the Traverse City area for 21 years, Thom has been an integral part of area construction projects that includes homes, schools, churches and commercial buildings. He has also constructed several wind-energy producing windmills in the greater Traverse City area, as well as in Mackinaw and other locations in Michigan, south of Traverse City.

Becky Darga
Becky Darga is Thom's wife and business partner. Becky has worked with DargaWorks since 2004. Becky currently is the head of marketing for DargaWorks. She has enjoyed working on the many projects Thom has brought to the table, plus works with Thom on his community projects as well.

Nick Darga

Nick Darga joined DargaWorks in April 2010. Nick is a graduate of Michigan Tech University’s Civil Engineering Program.  He is working as Project Manager for DargaWorks Projects and Building Manager for the Darga Building at 101 North Park, downtown Traverse City.  Nick has three years experience working for White Construction Company creating wind farms across the U.S.

Nick adds both engineering and management skills to the DargaWorks Group.

Lori Tulppo

Lori Tulppo joined Dargaworks, Inc. in August of 2010 and operates as the Business Manager.  Lori has a passion for running business and loves new challenges.  She has made a career out of working with companies to better their office efficiency and increase their profit.  She has an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan in Accounting and has taken many classes towards a Master’s degree in IT.  Lori has worked for Chase, Dow Chemical, Magna International, and a 21-conglomerate of radio stations among others before finding her way to Dargaworks .  “The complexity of this job is what makes it fun.  We never do the same day twice and that is something I look forward to.”

Alan Collard

Alan Collard is the maintenance support for the Dargaworks team. Alan joined Dargaworks in 2010 and helps maintain the  Darga building at 101 North Park.
