DargaWorks assisted by planning out the new space, obtaining permits and implementing the changes. At every step, DargaWorks supports the owner’s goals and exceeded their expectations.   True North Lofts   True North Lofts is located in a historic building in downtown Traverse City. Two floors of unique loft space facing either the downtown area of Grand Traverse Bay.   State Theater   DargaWorks received Traverse City’s “2008 Outstanding Development Award” for their renovation of the historic State Theater in downtown Traverse City, Michigan. The State Theater received a complete restoration and technological update initiated by filmmaker Michael Moore, who since founded the Traverse City Film Festival, held at the theater.   Beers Family Dental Project Dr. Chad Beers DDS, Lone Tree Drive, Traverse City, MI.
